About Kaitlin Soule, LMFT

Kaitlin Soule is a California therapist, author, and media expert dedicated to reshaping the conversation around women’s mental health—especially ADHD in women, which is too often overlooked and misdiagnosed. Through her work, she helps modern women navigate anxiety, ADHD, and the messy realities of parenthood with honesty and practical insight.

She is the author of A Little Less of a Hot Mess: The Modern Mom’s Guide to Growth and Evolution and a sought-after speaker on topics like rewriting the parenthood narrative for better mental health and empowering women to understand their neurodivergence beyond outdated stereotypes. Kaitlin has been featured on many major news outlets including NBC News, Fox/KTVU, Forbes, The Washington Post, Mother.ly, Scary Mommy and more.

Beyond the therapy room, Kaitlin enjoys writing a weekly (ish) newsletter on Substack and sharing expert-backed insights on ADHD, Mental Health, and motherhood in a way that is both deeply personal and widely relatable. You can also connect with her on instagram, where she’s growing a community of millennial women and parents who are interested in mental health, wellness, and progressive politics (because the personal is political)!
